Fitness First Guest Pass
The guest pass varies by location. Some places give you a free trial for 5 days, while others only give you a free trial for one day.
Customers can go to the Fitness First site and click on the “Free Trial” button (may be labelled differently). Fitness First will email the pass to the customer after they fill out a form.
All you have to do to join Fitness First is open the Google search page. The Fitness First website is all that members need to do to sign up.
If they’re lucky, the search results will show the Fitness First website that’s closest to them. From there, they can click on the website’s “Join Now” button. On the next page, there will be a form that asks for details and information about how to get in touch.
If the person wants to join the old-fashioned way (by walking in), they will also have to sign a contract. This process might not be available everywhere because each gym has its own way to sign up. Signing up online is always the safest way.
On the first page of the sign-up process, a branch locator will show you which Fitness First locations are closest to you. If you click on any of these places, the membership levels will be shown.

Spacious locker rooms and shops
Some gyms think it’s enough to just give their members a locker, but some Fitness First locations have made things easier for their members.
Some Fitness First locations have two sets of lockers: one set is for shoes, and the other has a lot of room for other things. This helps in two ways: it makes the locker room less crowded and makes it easier for people who are already dressed for the gym to find their shoes.
Fitness First has its own shop so that members can buy clothes there if they forget to bring their own. If a member forgets to bring their own shoes or doesn’t have a towel, it doesn’t matter. Shops also sell snacks and things to help you work out. It’s taken care of by Fitness First.
Access to high-quality gym equipment
Fitness First only gives their members the best gym gear. They make sure they are safe and of good quality, whether they are 5-lb dumbbells or the many 10-lb plates on late pulldown machines.
Fitness First Australia was one of the first gyms to use equipment with Apple technology. The gear from FF Australia works with Apple watches that have GymKit installed.
If you’re wondering if other fitness apps for smartwatches will work with FF Australia’s gear, the answer is maybe.
There are also standard cardio machines at Fitness First. Fitness First has a lot of machines, like treadmills and stair climbers, that help people burn more calories through cardio workouts.
Rest areas, physical therapy and free hygiene supplies
Members who worry about smells at home can use the showers at Fitness First. Not only do they have shower rooms, but they also give members free hygiene equipment (which varies by location) so that they don’t have to bring their own.
Saunas and physical therapists can also help with sore muscles. Therapists work at most Fitness First locations to help members get better faster.
Free weights and resistance training are not part of Fitness First. Customers will be able to use the indoor pool or obstacle courses, depending on where they are.
There are also basketball courts and racquetball courts at some Fitness First locations. Some places are so big that they have facilities for sports like futsal, volleyball, and cricket that can be played inside.
For members who are interested, the place that has these facilities is in Dubai.
Most places have boxing studios, and there are also stationary bikes for people who want to pretend they are in a speed cycling tournament or something else.
People with disabilities can work out at Fitness First because the gym has good weights, places to rest, and large locker rooms.
There are yoga classes, freestyle workouts (like Zumba), and equipment for callisthenics. These are just a few of the programmes and features that customers can choose from.
COVID19 has been updated.
To prevent people from getting the coronavirus, Fitness First has rules about how people can use the gym. Even though some locations have said they will be closed temporarily, Fitness First has made sure that members can still work out.
Fitness First made an app to help reduce the risk of getting sick because of too many people.
Depending on where you are and what app you have downloaded, Fitness First can give you on-demand content for workouts at home or let you set a schedule if you prefer to work out in a studio.
A quick health check will be done before in-studio workouts. Most places require that you take your temperature, show proof that you’ve been vaccinated, and wear a face mask.
Fitness First strongly recommends that people stick to the schedule they set up on the app and stay away from other people. Most of the changes to COVID19 will be based on what the government says should be done.

Fitness is my passion, and I have worked as a personal trainer in popular gyms for the past six years. And love to explore different gyms and their features. As a result, I decided to create a blog that tells people about the various clubs and their memberships, pricing, etc.
